All of our products are individually hand made or hand crafted. As a result, some products may very from look and area. Please keep in mind
we are a small business, please allow time for your item to be consciously made, packed with love, and carefully dispatched.

• Shipping and Processing

Angel face and body strives to ship orders the next day, however, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Not including weekends & holidays. When shipped you will receive an email containing your order and tracking information.
 

• Safety and Allergy guidelines

Although our products are made with high quality organic oils, butters, and herbs. If you have allergies or sensitivities from the ingredients, we recommend performing a patch test to first ensure there is no reaction. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs. Products and advice make no claim to cure or prevent any disease or medical problems.

• Returns, Refunds, Exchanges

Due to the handmade, small batch process we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are FINAL, unless an error occurred on behalf of Angel face and body. If an item arrives damaged, note, I will allow a replacement item shipped to you if you let me know within 7 days after it is received. Sending photos of damaged item/package helps me improve any shipping issues and is greatly appreciated. If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address or error on your part, there's a re-shipping fee that will be charged in order for us to reship your order.

• Lost packages

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to you and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service at 1 (800) 275-8777. Angel face and body is not held responsible for packages that are delivered or that state being delivered.
